CANCELLATION POLICY
Hi! Unfortunately I now have a cancellation policy that will go into effect immediately! I am a small business owner and so many have no showed me and have ruined it for those who do show up and support me. All I ask is that you please be respectful and mindful and show up to your booked appointment on time. If for any reason you are going to be more than 10 minutes late please call or text. If you do not call or text and you arrive late I will make the decision to either service you or not. If for any reason you need to cancel an appointment please do so within 48 hours prior to your booked appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment you will then be charged 50% of your booked service(s). If you no-show you will be charged 100% of your booked service(s) Also, I will collect the cancellation/ no show fee at any time available. Thank you 🫶🏽
