CANCELLATION POLICY

Hi! Please read before booking. All I ask is that you please be respectful and mindful and show up to your booked appointment on time. If for any reason you are going to be more than 10 minutes late please call or text. If you do not call or text and you arrive late I will make the decision to either service you or not. If for any reason you need to cancel an appointment please do so within 72 hours prior to your booked appointment time. If you cancel and/or reschedule within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment you will then be charged 50% of your booked service(s). If you no-show or cancel with 24 hours you will be charged 100% of your booked service(s) Also, I will collect the cancellation/ no show fee at any time available. Thank you 🫶🏽
